For those who came in late, the Singh Brotherhood has taken over the Bandar Village and is threatening to ruthlessly murder its citizens unless they join forces with the Singh. The Phantom has been taking out Singh henchmen one-by-one. Meanwhile, Guran has been stalling for time by trying to negotiate with Asif Singh, the ruthless leader of this incarnation of the criminal organization.
In The Phantom #4, the situation grows ever more dire as The Phantom succumbs to a gunshot wound. Guran steps in to help save his old friend, aided by Diana Palmer. For those who have been wondering where in the lore of The Phantom this issue takes place, we get a few more answers in this issue, as well as see the Skull Cave from the outside!
