Fantomen announces 90th Anniversary softcover book featuring "The Singh Brotherhood" & "The Sky Band" - out in August 2026

To celebrate the 90th Phantom anniversary, Fantomen will be releasing a reprint of the first two Phantom stories in their 2026 softcover album. The softcover album series has been published by Fantomen since 2015 and is a yearly collection of Lee Falk-created themed stories.

At this stage, you can pre order the 2026 book via the Swedish and Norwegian websites listed below, but the total page count and cover have not yet been released. Since 2018, the covers have been designed by Luca Erbetta - we assume he will also be the artist for the 2026 softcover album as well.

The book will be available to ship in August 2026, and we expect the cover to be announced by June-July at the latest. Keep an eye on our website and/or our socials for the latest news on this publication. We are looking for someone to review the book for us, if you are keen to help, please contact us at ChronicleChamber@gmail.com.

Past themes of the softcover albums are:

  • The man who cannot die (2016)

  • Wedding stories (2017)

  • The Phantom v pirates (2018)

  • Noir style stories (2019)

  • Rough on roughnecks (2021)

  • Cowboy Phantom stories (2023)

  • Prince Rex (2024 and 2025)
