Dynac X (voiced by Diane Pershing)—Dynac X is the central computer of the Defenders' Headquarters, whose operating system is stated to contain the psyche of Flash Gordon's wife. Though she is never addressed by name in the series, the comic book adaptation of the first two episodes identifies the slain "Mrs. Gordon" as Dale Arden. Diane Pershing is the only performer from the Filmation cartoon who reprised her role. Ming the Merciless (voiced by Ron Feinberg)—A warlord or supervillain bent on exploiting Earth's natural resources, based on 'Ice Station Earth.' A Call to Support Ukraine We are joining with Phantom creator Sal Velluto to put out the call out for other artists to draw something original, and sell the original with the money going to Unicef. Artists, if you want to participate, please contact us. We will post artwork as it comes up. To reserve the art, it will be first in best dressed. Reserve by email only (chroniclechamber@gmail.com ). Phantom 2040 Phantom 2040 is an animated science fiction television series loosely based on the comic strip hero The Phantom, created by Lee Falk. The central character of the series is said to be the 24th Phantom. The unusual character designs are the work of Peter Chung, creator of Æon Flux. The show debuted in 1994 to rave reviews, though it survived only 33 episodes before it was relegated to weekend repeats in 1996. Along with action sequences, stories focused on intelligent plotting and character development, winning the series praise for its subtle teaching of such values as individuality, freedom, and the volatility of humanity. Sagan Cruz, the 24th Phantom's love interest and future police officer, works with a cyborg police dog named D.V.L, a reference to the 21st Phantom's wolf, Devil. In the Phantom 2040 video game, the initials J.P can be found spray-painted on the walls of the subway, which contains the Ghost Jungle, a reference to the Jungle Patrol from the comic strip. The best starting point is to catalogue and photograph every item from your collection. If you ever have to make a claim you can then provide evidence you have it in your collection. This could be a daunting task but the more data you provide, the better service you will get. Once you have catalogued and photographed your collection you can then start looking for an insurer to cover you. Most 'collections' are covered in the Home policy section but not always - do not assume a collection is automatically included in a home insurance policy. Always do your research and do not be afraid of calling the insurance company and talking it through with a human being. Please note, we do not work for an insurers. We have had conversations with insurers for this section and they all suggest the following: Catalogue Read the fine print - do not assume a collection is automatically included in a home insurance policy Talk to someone You can always find advice from well intended phans and they may suggest two options which we do not agree with. They are: Some suggest entering the price you paid for the item in the collection catalogue. Personally we think it is not needed by the insurers and do you and your family really want to know how much money you have spent? Another option some suggest is to get a valuation of your collection but before COVID-19 each valuation was valid for three months. Since COVID-19, most valuations have a shelf life of one month and all the valuation does is show you owned that item at that time. There is no proof you still have it in your collection since the valuation date. You could have traded, sold it or even lost it.
