Read Bengali Books, a Kolkata, India-based company, has released a licensed Phantom coffee mug in partnership with Indian Phantom publisher Shakti Comics. The cost is 399 INR ($6AUD, $4USD) but from what we understand, this mug can only be purchased from inside India.
