Hermes Press back releasing Sunday & Daily newspaper volumes

In good news for the phans who collect the books, Hermes Press after almost a year's hiatus, will be releasing a new Daily and Sunday volume book in the first quarter of 2026. In exciting news, we can confirm that Hermes Press are now distributors with Lunar Distribution, which means that any local comic shop (including those in Australia) can order these in for those interested phans from December onwards.

The Phantom The Complete Dailies Volume 35 will be released January/February 2026 and will cover the years 1991-1993 with five complete Phantom stories by Lee Falk and Sy Barry. The five stories included are:

• "The Jungle Patrol v The Drug Cartel"

• "King Bongong"

• "Prince Rex and Princess Alicia"

• "Blackie"

• "The Attilan Mystery"

The Phantom The Complete Sundays Volume 10 will be released in February/March 2026 and will cover the years 1970-1974. May 2021 was when Volume 9 was released. We believe that colour copies of the stories in the 1970s have been hard to find, and that may be the reason behind the delay of this volume. It is worth noting that this volume will be printed in colour.

We cannot confirm if the colours are original or if Hermes Press has had to recolour some Sunday strips. We believe some panels and Sunday strips will be re coloured. We believe this volume will contain the following stories, all created by Lee Falk and Sy Barry:

• "The Tale of the Gooley-Gooley Witch"

• "The Stolen Trophy"

• "The Wig"

• "Tale of the Good Mark"

• "The Smugglers"

The Phantom The Complete Sundays Volume 11 will be released in June 2026 and will cover the years 1975-1979. At this stage there is no cover for this volume. Again, we believe some of the panels and Sunday strips will be re coloured. The following stories created by Lee Falk and Sy Barry are:
