CC is run by a small but dedicated group of phans united by their love of Lee Falk’s hero.

JoeMD (aka Joe): Joe is the kind of geek to wears his geekery proudly on his sleeve. Or shirt. Or hat. Or whatever piece of clothing he can get away with. The Phantom was the very first piece of literature that Joe took to as a child. This introduction to The Phantom started not only a life long love for the man in purple, but also for the comics medium in general.  Now, some twenty years on since beginning his collection, Joe has spent more money on comics than he cares to admit.

When not reading comics Joe can be found playing retro video games, drawing, reading fantasy novels, writing for reto gaming site RetroConnect, planning for teaching classes or spending time with his very understanding girlfriend.

On ChronicleChamber Joe is the admin and creator of the site. So, if you find a problem it’s probably his fault. He posts news, reviews, issue listings and various articles as well as designs and codes the site.
